REGISTRATION FOR TOXBASE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED

We will soon be launching a new registration form which will allow users to self-register an individual TOXBASE account giving access to TOXBASE online as well as the TOXBASE app.

Please check back in early May to self-register for your new account.

In the meantime poisons information is available to NHS and Irish healthcare providers using the numbers provided in the bar at the top of this page.
